THE STING
They’ll ask you to:
- Send money at the start – a government fee or tax, the list is infinite but it’s always a ruse to get one to let them have money.
- Offer them your bankcredit card or other personal information.
The Way to avoid becoming a lottery scam sufferer:
- Use your good sense! If you did not enter a lottery ie buy a ticket front, you can not possibly acquire it.
- REMEMBER no valid lottery can ask you for any money so for you for winnings.
- If in doubt consult with the state operators (all of them possess warnings about that scam about their own sites.
- If you’ve gotten a contact, letter, text or phone call that you think to be counterfeit, delete it, then throw it away or put the telephone down. Don’t answer in any form or form.
